Please join us for an exciting morning of learning with John Ferguson! Dr. Ferguson is an organist, composer, conductor, and author who served for twenty-nine years at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, as Elliot and Klara Stockdal Johnson Professor of Organ and Church Music and Cantor to the Student Congregation, retiring in June 2012. His responsibilities included directing the church music program, teaching organ, and conducting the St. Olaf Cantorei. He is respected as a fine teacher and performer, and his skill as an improviser and leader of congregational song has received national acclaim.
